Whether researching history or concentrating on the future of family, which has been a hotly debated topic recently, numerous opinions are given. From my viewpoint, both of them have their own advantages, which are discussed in the following paragraphs.
On the one hand, history investigation plays a crucial role in identity identification. People must know whether they have paternal or maternal genes in order to understand their own strengths and gifted abilities such as memories remembering, strong constitution or intelligence. Therefore, they are able to improve their strengths and also reduce and make up for their shortcomings, like genetic diseases. Otherwise, researching family history can show the descendants' gratefulness and respect to their ancestors, which remembers them who they are and proves they have an excellent educational environment.
On the other hand, the development of a family depends on the future, which is why focusing on present and future generations is very important. Parents should pay more attention to their kids by investing in the living environment and education to guarantee that their children will have as good a preparation as possible. Therefore, they will have a better starting point and even take a lot of opportunities in the future. These things will continue to happen if parents have a good enough vision to help their kids improve in the right way.
In conclusion, both history investigation and future development have their own benefits that each family needs. They should be noticed simultaneously rather than put one of them on an outweigh side.
