A segment of individuals opines that it is not a lucrative idea for manufacturing to return its experience but elderly people replaced with youngsters. This will agree with the statement due large extent because younger ones are updated related modern era but the older people has some merits.
To embark with, first and foremost it that youngster have limited opportunity while doing work in various production firm due this older people should replace and older people also lose their strength while involve in activities because of their age For instance, young industrial workers tend to work for five to six hours before they take breaks while senior citizens usually need to rest every one or two hours. Consequently, older people do not give proper involvement. Secondly, most Youngsters are tech savvy due to this they can able operate any type of machines which is beneficial for industry in order gain profit which is possible thorough older ones.
Moving further, youngsters are energetic and smart related to do work at proper time. Where as older people are sophisticated and they do not able to use mind while taking ideas.
On the flip side, older individuals has some positive aspect that they are well experienced in the manual works and they give the advice to others related to their professions. Apart from this, they show the right path of life when business become dropped able to tackle to some obstacles.
