So dressing smartly is the first impression without saying anything and I agree with this statement on the contrary smart work is also a great impact on their work.
Firstly, In an organization employees spend an important part of their life and learn lots of things from their seniors and other employees. when employees go for the meetings or seminars they would be well-dress and well-behaved people so they impress the meeting members so the dressing smartly is an important role in the organizations and help employees status.
On the other hand, work quality is a highly important role of the employees to upgrade their position in the company and create new ideas to rank up the organizations leading to the other competitors in the market. one of my friends is very intelligent in marketing and impress clients to show their impressive ideas and way of speaking is very attractive so the quality of work plays an important role in the organizations.
