Food is a kind of culture. These day we have lots of choice about what you can eat from local food from other countries such as China, Korea or Thailand…. In contrast, Viet Nam has also unique cuisine, today I would like to tell you about a dish, which I think it bring to anyone’s suprise when enjoyed it. It’s named Quang Noodles; saying “My Quang”.
Quang Noodles is a special food in the Middle of Viet Nam. People get used to eating it in the morning, lunch or dinner, it depend the period they want. Furthermore, in insect killing festival, without dispensable meal on this occasion of the locals. This particularly type of rice noodles, after rolled into long and thin yarn; it depend on the person enjoying’s demand, the yarns dyed to yellow or not which from color of turmeric. There are amazing selection for example: pork chicken, fish, beef, frog, egg, etc… these ingredients are cooked after seasoning with its chief’s recipe and then it was choosen to eat whatever people like, even if vegan noodles for vegetarians. In order to the dish made mouthering water, fresh vegetable served, it mixed together, added some condiments that the cook has prepared amongs us there a few sause. Acording to local resident, there isn’t the speciality unless adding roasted peanuts, the compressed tubers are cooked with phionix oil which made by themself.
Everytime eating Quang Noodles, I’m proud of sincere feeling local people, rustic dish like theirs. If you have a chance, I recommand you enjoy it to discover culture of central resident.
