Since the 18th century technological advancements have replaced people in the workplace. With today's technology this process is happening at a greater rate. Technology is increasingly responsible for unemployment.To what extent do you agree or disagree with this statement?

Technology is a revolutionary change expected to cut down the manual effort which leads to unemployment. It is always expected that when there are technical advancements which are penetrating into your sector, it gives you immense scope to learn. All the repeated tasks are automated. During this time we can learn and do things creatively and explore and challenge new areas and the tasks which we are interested in. The main cause of unemployment during the technology shift is lack of calibre and individual interest towards learning and development. A big shift in human effort on manual tasks, offended by large group of people. Basically, we should have growth mindset. Despite that, we are getting offended and trying to make things more complicated, when the technology is trying to do our jobs much more simpler. We have plethora of resources available every now and then. People who are less adaptive in nature will suffer during the transformation, whereas people who understand the reality will flourish. Few of the Job roles are irreplaceable such as care takers, Doctors etc. Even though banking sector is Completely Automated, few areas such as Loan Sanctioning, Disbursements of loan and land documents are still people dependant activity. Greater rate of technical advancements created a lot of Jobs for Technically sound and even non-technical jobs to assist local communities. There is more scope in improving our Daily activities. Instead of doing the similar tasks if its automated we can discuss and group together and brainstorm the new grey area of Manual tasks. Put in multiple perspectives and develop a quality life for the next generation. Impossible things are made near to possible with these technology advancements like knee replacements and robotics and automation. Daily Activities such as gas booking, payment modes and commute modes are becoming effortless for people and it does everything in a click of a button. Sophisticated Lifestyle Changes happening each and every day. Designing Complex Robots or Quantum Computers is made possible in recent times, which are capable of solving, multiple unsolved scenarios by humans since ages. Lots of time and energy are being saved in the modern era of smart Homes. All the appliances are SMART enough to handle themselves and make us more comfortable. People who understand the situation are positioning themselves to a stable environment. Generation of Changes in DNA, has led us here, our Future of Science and technology is unimaginable. Flexibility and adaptability are the key things to be cherished during the transformation in technologies. To conclude my opinion on technical advancements we have incurred a huge unemployment, but what we have gained with these advancements are immeasurable.
