I am writing to let you know about disappointment in service I experienced at your hotel while attending a seminar in the month of January.
Let me explain you the situation I faced during my stay. As it was quite cold weather, basic facilities such as hot water and heater in the hotel room was not working. When I reached out to your staff for help, none of them turned up for 2 hours.
The reason I am writing this complain is to bring to your immediate notice so that appropriate action can be taken and service facility can be improved at your hotel for better customer experience.
I would suggest to install new heaters and increase staff at your hotel for smooth delivery and service to the customers. This would also help to improve your hotel rating which in turn would increase your hotel revenue.
