Should wealthy nations be required to share their wealth and resources among poorer nations by providing such things as food and education? Or is it the responsibility of the governments of poorer nations to look after their citizen themselves?

Food, cloth, accommodation, education and medical assistant are fundamental basic needs of people. It is prime duty of government to ensure the basic needs of its people, but many needy countries fail to fulfil the public basic needs lack of proper managing resources. Though government are responsible to take care of its citizen, in some poor-densely populated countries like Uganda, India, Bangladesh, Africa etcetera urgently require foreign assistance of its people. Government is the supreme guardian of a country and he will look after of his citizen and will ensure proper food, quality education with others benefit as well as. But in many poor country government cannot take care of its people properly. In those country, most of people live under poverty line, after meeting their daily basic wants and accommodation they cannot attend school for their betterment. Inflation of currency is so high in some countries like Bangladesh, India. So the people of here are in great scarcity to buy their proper nutrition with their low income. As a result, a big amount of people including women and children go through malnutrition. In this circumstances, government always seek for rich countries hands. Wealth countries like USA, Canada, France and many more expand their hands to help the poorer nations. Every year they send food to ensure proper nutrition of poor region peoples. Sometimes they send physical man power to assist these countries, they send teachers, doctors to minimize the shortage of these. Moreover, there have some international NGO’s like UNICEF, UNESCO who are working every year for establishing the women and child rights in rural and urban area who are deprived. With the government, wealthy countries also should share their resources with poor countries to reduce the sufferings of needy people and to ensure a healthy, happy future world.
