Risk is the essential need of soul. " It is true because one feels empty inside their mind if they dont take risks. With taking risks in life, one can experience life to the fullest and live without regrets. Later at the end they won't give think about the past and blame themselves or their companions.
For example, if we compare two people of same ages i. e. Ramesh and Suresh working in same company with same experience. One day, Ramesh and Suresh discuss about their work and come up with switching companies for their exposure and better lifestyle. Ramesh disagrees with Suresh and tells him that the current work culture suited him and is not willing to switch the company. He was afraid of adjusting to the new work culture, place and also of the new responsibilities and adapting to the current technology. After few years, they meet at a park and discuss about their work life. Ramesh regrets it for not listening to his friend as after Suresh resigned from the company, the work load increased on him and he was not able to work in the latest technology.
In conclusion, taking risks is needed in life either in Work life, Business or Student life. If we don't taste the feeling after taking the risk, we will be kind of paralyzed in a different way and always be in fear of not facing the challenges ahead of us.
