I believe that a true leader cannot be indifferent, neither to the needs of the customers nor to colleagues. I know that one of my strongest qualities is that I always look at everything positively, which helps me build relationships with coworkers and customers. It demonstrates that people can rely on me and ask for help whether it is a problem at work or outside of it. No matter what happens in my life, how exhausted I am, I always perform at my best. I multitask, think outside the box and I am always open for suggestions. Most importantly, I have a rule in my life - if you do something, go the extra mile, outperform those who are considered the best, and always go beyond the expectations. When I started to work at TCC, Verizon, I realized that I want to know more about people, psychology, about how to deal with escalations and needs of customers. In order to comprehend all of that better, I have started reading Roberts Cialdini's book "The Psychology of persuasion", it is teaching me secrets of working with people and uncovering factors affecting one's decisions. Also, "Sell or be Sold" by Grand Cardon has taught me a lot, what is right to do and what will lead to fail in sales. I would even say that it was one of the most interesting motivational books I have read. Of course, I try to use those methods in sales everyday analyzing what is working personally for me. Additionally, I have been learning Spanish for a year now, and since I started working in TCC I am always looking for an opportunity to use this skill in real life. One day, when I was working in Margate city, I even had a chance to do so when a couple from Dominican Republic visited our store for a sim card change. Being a leader is what I have done as long as I can remember, in school I have been the leader of theater class, in university I have been the chairman of the Bureau of union of the faculty of Arts, as well as worked as a conductor of a children's and adult's orchestras. I am not afraid of difficulties, and I absolutely love to learn something new every day! I want to be proud of myself and what I am doing daily, be useful and helpful, and share positive energy. The values that TCC stands for are very close to me. I appreciate how the company treats their employees and customers. I see that my job benefits people in business and everyday life, and this is the most important thing. It makes me very happy that the company that I represent takes part in volunteering and supporting teachers and veterans. This is why I want to be a part of it, I want to be a part of delivering as much of those benefits as I can.
