In this period of technology, many people totally depend on modern technology, which results in the elopement of doing work physically in homes or at work. Due to this, there is a tremendous increase in the population who suffers from obesity, which leads to the development of numerous health issues among the people and puts pressure on the health care system. In my opinion, I strongly agree with the notion that a number of physical studies should be added to the school syllabus, and my opinion will be discussed in a further paragraph with a suitable conclusion. Supporting my agreement with the given statement, I firmly believe adding physical education in schools helps really well. For instance, in India, every school, even colleges, has a sports period where each and every student participates in games such as running, which makes the country have the least number of overweight people. Moreover, one can add dancing lessons as a part of the syllabus. Dance helps a lot to loose belly fat, and it could be one class for children, especially zumba. Explaining some other points, the school should introduce various kinds of physical activities on a particular day. For instance, they should conduct an inter-class running competition or introduce any sport match with the required physical activity, like badminton. Another one is yoga classes. It is one of the best methods to reduce weight and improve concentration. Further, it helps the students understand the power of meditation. If these points are added to the school course plan, then ultimately the health of the population will improve and our hospital will operate smoothly. In conclusion, educational organizations should add physical education to every student's syllabus to deal with the problem of obesity.
