Capitalism, the economic flows all time, makes the gap between people in sociality more distance, the gap of chance, well being, includes education. Time passes and the gap has being the serious problem that make people can't even access the basic life facilities or rights that every one should be access to. Children can't go to school because of money, and they end up with helping their parent doing work to get enough income for spending in every life. When they grow up, they can't even take the job that require high skills performance that can reach at school or university because they haven't had the chance to go. So they can do only the jobs that require only basic skills that have lower earning that make their life have less choices to choose anything.
