People nowadays are having a trend of living and working in a foreign country. Do you think the advantages of this outweighs the disadvantage?

People have different approaches behind the nation of migrating abroad for earning and better lifestyles. Although most of them face many hurdles in the very starting of this islated environment, according to my observation, they get huge success by taking this step. To commence with pointing out same negative effects of this trend. First of all, accommodation there are various individuals who do not have knowledge about there society. They do not find well accommodation for living. Secondly, cultural shock, different countries have different cultures. But when people go to abroad then they faced new culture and they can not adjust easily in that culture. Moreover, sometime, they feel homesickness. Because they can no share their problem with others. Last but not least, there are majority of individual who face many issues of living in extreme weather conditions. Because they are not used to such weather and conditions. Thus people suffer many diseases due to change in weather. However, there are plenty of positive points of this trend, firstly, in foreign country people can get international experience and exposure. Because every country have different working environment and style. Also they can start their own business in foreign country. Moreover, individuals get knowledge about there culture. Because they can not know about there culture before. Lastly, other countries government provide more facilities such as, education, job opportunities, medical insurance and so on. People get these facilities in foreign country, and gain better lifestyle in developed countries. In conclusion, undoubtedly, living and working in other country is very beneficial for people like, better lifestyle, many facilities but there are some negative effects which can not be neglected. Like, mental distress, cultural shock and so on.
