This essay will consider the extent of importance speaking skill and agreeing with this statement my views with some examples will be stated in the following essay. From my linking, the ability to speak plays a vital role. Firstly, having this skill allow us to win over the crowd. In other words, speaker will be able to influence decisions and have the power of persuasion. As a result, they will increase their confidence in front of an audience. For instance, speakers can assure an audience inside and outside the workplace. Secondly, it is important in order to motivate people. Traditionally, there is likely to be a lieder in each team of workplace who change colleagues’ behavior or excite and enliven peers, employees and customers. As a consequence, leaders who are capable of inspiring their audience to work harder to achieve their goals owing to speaker will become likeable and believable. Personally, I completely acknowledge this statement. In schools’ program, public speaking is ought to be added as subject by government. It had better to learn communication skills and composed manner, which rescue them during their life. According to a study by sociologist, oral communication skills were the number one skill that college graduates found useful in the business world. In addition, such skills enhance their ability to interact with professionals and colleagues in qualified and composed manner. In conclusion, I would agree that one of the major abilities in a person is reckoned communication skill which effect on public by motivation or influencing decisions. Even it would be better to establish a subject as communication skill on schools’ program to teach and make leaders.
