Parenting has changed significantly over the last decades. Since every parent wants the best to their children, everyone have their own way to rise them. However there are some arguements about, which one is more beneficial for the kids. Some argues that providing a sense of freedom in terms of everyday tasks, such as food or daily rutines turns them into selfish adults, which leads into a self-centered society. Meanwhile some would rather let the freedom of choice of their children. I am convinced that it is importan to establish rules in kids life.
Some parents justifiably think that letting children to make decisions about everyday choices helps to raise confident adults. By providing such oppurtunity to kids, they can learn what effects their choices has on their life. For example, if certain kid can buy the clothes the want to, it is easier for them to wear clothes, which are considered stylish within their genaration. Therefore they will feel confident, which helps in the process of making friends. Overall, parents who encurage their loved ones to make their own decisions see it as a geat parenting tool in order to raise a open, proud adult.
Despite, in some cases the sense of freedom helps kids to found their own voice, it is most likely to be harmful for ther developing personalities. Saying yes for every request merely ensure them that they can do wathever they want, which is not how world works. To illustrate, if they can eat ther preferred food daily, they might get unhelthy, since they are not awere yet, whati is beneficial for their body, and whati is not. Morover, when they grow up, they will have to face the fact that saying no for certain crawing is vital in order to live a long life. I am strongly think that establish rules, and saying no is crucial in order to improving a child emphatic skill, along with consiousness.
To conlude, there is no doubt that parents looking for the best tools to raise a healthy child. However unless rules children won't become responsible for their choices.
