The idea of wearing uniform in companies, institutes and organisation is very good. Such companies and organisation need to wear uniform by their employers. The subsequent paragraphs contain merits and demerits of wearing uniform in companies. To commence with, there are many advantages of wearing uniform by employers. The predominant point of merits is that wearing uniform depicts a unity among employees of any organisation. The second noteworthy point is that uniform represent the unique identity of employers. Moreover, easily identify the rank of employer in company by their uniform. Furthermore, when any employee weae uniform they always live in a discipline. The personality of employees is enhanced by the uniform. They look very decent as well as responsible person. For example, in such works like construction, electrician in these type of jobs uniform work as a protector. Uniform such as gloves, helmet, rubber shoes save employers from any harmful accidents. Lastly, the uniform create co-operation among employers in a particular company. However, there are some disadvantages of wearing uniform. Firstly, some employers especially girls donot feel comfortable in such type of uniform like trouser, top because sometime they donot wear this type of clothes. Furthermore, some uniforms are not suitable for a climate like silk uniforms not comfortable in summer season while cotton uniforms not suitable in winter season.
