Nowadays in some countries Businessman provide work from home and some institution also provide subject classes to student at home but, in current Era more and more people are working at home rather than in the workplace. However, some people say this will bring benefit to the worker and their families. Whereas, other think it will bring the stress to the home. I am going to elaborate this aspect in following paragraphs. There are some advantage for work at home. But the more preponderant stems from the fact that nowadays number of companies provide work platform as a website or as a particular work application on smartphone and computers. However, recently number of employees choose work from home to spend some time with family members and they can also save transport money which use daily to reach office. Moreover, nowadays student doing work from home in famous companies and organisations via mobiles and computers to earn money for their college because, students can do study as well as the job also who had knowledge and trips for particular field work. For example in Corona pandemic number of employers did work at home for the organisation such as a journalist, advertiser and public motivators. On the other hand, there are disadvantage also for given statement. First and foremost is that whenever people are work at home they can't concentrate on their work because, of family disturbance. However there are herculean competition in production and manufacturers for selling better goods and service in market to the customers. Because of this team work is most important in office or a staff it directly linked with presentation of the work. Moreover the employees work in the office they can ask and solve their problem by the help of teammates and manager. To conclude, I tend to believe that work at office is more important than work at home because the working at office has high success ratio and target of companies can be achieve when employees do work with full dedication and concentration
