I have always wanted to be a dentist since I was a little girl. In fact, I wanted so much that after I finished high school, I studied for the university exam for two more years. There are many reasons why I want to choose this profession. For example, I love helping people. I am more excited to be able to help from a health point of view. I also wanted a more comfortable life financially, so I decided to choose the dentistry profession that I believed could feed me both financially and spiritually. After I decided I had an interest in this profession, I spoke to my schoolteachers and my family. Thanks to my Ozan teacher, one of my schoolteachers, I started to want this part more than I wanted. First, my teacher, who led me to win the exam, always motivated me during my time studying for the exam. Because it was not easy to win this part. He taught me planned and scheduled work. He also took me to a friend's clinic where he was a dentist and helped me get to know the profession better. So, I decided on the profession I wanted to do for sure. I have also done a lot of research on my department online. I consulted my friends who studied dentistry. I asked some questions I knew of dentists. I was lucky to have so many people around me to consult. Actually, my parents wanted me to study medicine. They always tried to convince me to write medicine until my preference period was over. But when they realized my determination, they respected me and supported me to go down this path. In addition to loving this profession, I am aware that I will face some difficulties after starting my career in the future. After all, we are working on a human being that is a living being, and the slightest mistake we can make can lead to irreversible mistakes. I also think I am going to have to spend less time with myself and my family because of the busy work life. As a career plan, I want to work in Istanbul for a while, save some money and expand my professional environment and then continue my career abroad. I want to be a very successful and well-known dentist.
