According to a recent survey in the AI field, 40 percent of high-quality workers in Silicon Valley are people from developing countrie. This study offers a proof that the shortage of necessary facilities extremely impacts the choice of experts. However, there are solutions to this problem. One of the ways to this problem is the governments might strongly support local companies where experts work. The government should be implemented ambitious programs in the long term, to build key strategies and invest in developing infrastructure and modernization. This can ensure that the professionals to believe in the plans of companies and devote all of their time to helping those businesses succeed. In addition, creating a comfortable environment work and offering well paid are easy many ways for the companies to keep their experts. To sum up, it is clear that brain drain is harmful to develop all countries in the world. Nevertheless, the issue can be resolved by having good work conditions in the workplace.
