I am intend writing to let someone you know that I was delivered an envelope which was to bring my credit card by the Makati branch of your Metrobank. Since I have not received any card, I can not answer its acquisition.
I am hoping you would inspection how this happened and issue me a new card. Also take measure to stop any steal of the lost card. I have been savings an account with your Taguig branch since 2014 and my account number is 5678902289012456. Newly I requested a visa gold credit card and when I opened the envelope last Friday, I noticed that card was lost! Now I am worried about location of my credit card. If I goes to the false hands, it might be theft To stop such a circumstance, and please stop the credit card as soon as possible.
I would like you evaluate the reason for such an uncommon incident. Also, issue me a same credit card and this time allow me to pick up instead of sending to via LBC courier.
