motivate peaple in KSA to use buses

Good afternoon girls Can I ask you a small question for all of you as students when we are late or if someone is late, what is going to be the first excuse I’m 100% sure it is always going to be traffic, traffic was and always will be the best excuse here is KSA but actually, traffic here in KSA is going insane it’s a huge problem and we need a solution but what surprises me is that we know the solution never worked on it and it is buses, buses can solve this problem like magic but we never gave it a chance and I’m here to discuss how to motivate people here In KSA to use buses more often. The first important thing is to know the users of the bus are they, students or workers? Women or men? Poor or rich? This is important information to know specifically the services you need. if a lot of the bus users is women you need to make sure it is private or even have specific busses for woman, and if there’s is a lot of student making a bus student discount might be amazing so even if the busses are not free making sure the prices are affordable so everyone will be able to use it. Secondly knowing that cars are expensive busses might be a lifesaver for a lot of people who are unable to afford Cars by this we can guess that a lot of bus users will be out of money so prices are really important so while researching I found that buses here in KSA for adults is between 13 – 75 and for kids between 7 – 33 which is confusing because the gap is really massive so we need to have a flat rate so the prices will be much clearer. Last but not least is organization so the bus station needs to be better and the most important part is having a map and a timetable so the bus users will be able to know the specific timeline for the bus and when will it come and surly Saudi Arabia now improved technologically so having an app for buses so knowing the bus station location or the time the bus will arrive and even have notification when its almost there will be great.
