Overall, people who are aged 25 to 34 took post-school qualifications the most, then, social sciences and arts became the most preferred majors in those groups. The data is measured in percent.
To begin with, about 357, 500 degree holders in Australia were aged between 25 to 34. Furthermore, they took social sciences and arts as the desired major with 19. 48, followed by Administration, Sciences including maths and computers, and education with 19. 08, 18. 19, 14. 76, consecutively. However, Engineering and Medicine had a slight distinction which were 9. 36 and 7. 4, yet the other majors, such as Agriculture, Architecture, Law, and others, only got proportion in range 1 to 6.
Furthermore, people who are aged between 55 to 69 who finished their tertiary education accounted for three times less than the first group. Interestingly, social sciences and arts was also dominated in this age group with 20. 42. Afterwards, engineering got a proportion 19. 27 which is extremely higher than the former group.
