Many may say, and I agree, replacing old systems with new and advanced system is always beneficiary no matter what field it is, and in this article we are going to discuss either spend money for building new railways or improve the old systems.
In my idea, we can never be certain which one is completely better and it is a controversial matter, in cases like this it is better to investigate advantages & disadvantages of both ideas.
Firstly, it is obvious that building new rail systems and advanced transportation causes the country be recognized as a modern and technology base country, therefore not even results in attracting more tourists but also lead to great hit financially.
Second, constructing modern rail systems in order to trains go faster, save people's time a lot in life, for example, people who live in suburbs, and their job is in city, they be able to go their work more quickly and so this matter helps to improve commute.
Nonetheless, buliding this new systems demands a lot of money, resources, energy and time, because they have to be built from scratch, on the other hand improving old systems doesn't need money as much as building new systems, so this money can be saved and spent in other public needs.
To conclude, although both of this ideas have their advantages and disadvantages, in my point of view, benefits of building rail systems with ability to travel fast, overcome it's drawback, this is because I am always in side of advancing technology and modernizing.
