The diagram below illustrates the steps of the production and the equipment for making a lead pencil.
Overall, the production has a twelve steps, which begin with planting trees and end with packing products.
At the first etage, the young trees are planted before being replanted four months later. After three years, the trees are thinned in addition ready fot cuting down. Subsequently, the woods are cutted into thin slats, which are trated, and left to dry for 2 months.
Coming to next step, a groove, which is made of the slats, and black lead are printed together with helping by a glue. After this stage is complete, a new slat is placed on the black lead thus a sancwich form is formed, which is heated and pressed hard at the same time. To produce individual pencil the machine cut two slats. As a result, the pencils are painted, sharpened, stamped before they are packed to sale to the markets.
