That is why specially companies allow their employees to work from home or "remotely" rather than going into an office each day. I extremely prefer for working from home. There is unprecedented pros and cons. Some are as under. Without a shadow of a doubt, too many enormous and well-known organizations which have been well-organized in the cooperative world. They want their workers to work from their living place instead workplace. For instance, extremely authentic example of renowned name "Siemens". In this well-developed company particularly in information technology department all computer programmers are working from their houses which is time-saving. Because in minimum time they are moving for maximum output. On the other hand, while working from home, you can save time but it is not good sign specially for health and professional lifestyle. Supremely relevant illustrate, first and foremost regarding physical health which will not be active because daily activities will be finished such as attending meetings, visit in other departments and so on. So if workers are not present at workstation then they are not able to do these sorts of works. Further example, concerning do job from home, employees will not be able to interact with their colleagues or co-workers and there will be communication gap or missing information. In conclusion, i would rather suggest that firms should grant their own people to do work from home.
