I am writing this letter to express my dissatisfaction regarding the phone bill which I received from your company on December 23, 2021, stating that I made international call amounting to $900.
As you may know, I have been using your services for the past 3 years and I have never at anytime made a complaint. However, I want to bring to your attention that I have not made any foreign call with my mobile lines as all my calls have been local number, and this can be confirmed through my call log which is in your database.
Therefore, I would like to request that you rectify this error and effect the changes immediately. Also, I need valid evidence that the mistake has been corrected by sending a copy of the revised bill to my e-mail address: ehighibeenyinna@gmail. com.
I hope you would respond to this at your earliest convenience.
