It is true that nowadays' employees are planning to move to the countryside and still work at cities traveling there everyday which is resulting in long-time traffic jams during the peak hours and also occuring harm to the nature through air pollution. This essay will look into two possible solutions for this issue represented in creating job opportunities outside the cities and increasing the availability of public transport to the cities to encourage people not to travel such long distances. It is well known that workplaces in cities are more popular than those in the countrysides. It is mostly due to the fact that city jobs provide with higher salaries and opportunities amongst people, while countryside workers given less money and doing not perspective tasks. That is ti say, to encourage people to reduce the use of transport resulted in sad consequences, they should work in the countryside instead. to make that happen, the governments should satisfy the needs of people in workplaces located int the countryside/ As soon as equal job opportunities will be presented in the outside of the cities, the amount of transport vhicles expected to significantly reduce same as air pollution happening because of it. Another possible solution for the traffic jams and damage made to the environment can be better organized public transport. While most people use private vehicles to get to work from the countryside, public transport such as trains, metro and buses are able to transport higher amount of employees but without causing traffic congestions or damaging the nature. First of all, to make it work the governments should enlarge the area covered by public transport to the countryside territories. Second step would be improving the conditions for people to use it. last development is replacing public vehicles running on gas with those running with the use of electricity, which will also help to reduce the damage oсcured to the environment. As a result, people will more use public transport to travel to work with no traffic jams appeared and eventhough, these advancements might cost huge amount of money, the government will spent considerably less rather than leave this issue and then loose millions on the environment recovery. in conсlusion, to encourage people to not travel huge distances from home to, the governments may recreate the same job opportunities in the countrysides or provide employees with more convinient public transport, both of which will reduce traffic congestions and damage made because of that to the environment.
