It is undeniable that the average person’s lifestyle has changes enormously during the last few decades owing to the huge impact of modern technology and economic development. It can also be argued some changes have had a destructive impact on our lives. One particularly salient instance is that there has been an overwhelming detrimental impact on not only the natural, but also environment. Further and even more importantly, an excess of stress of stress from all the pressure in today’s school and workplace may have reduced the quality of life. Another worrying trend, which is partly related to this, is that having access to more things and more entertainment fail to compensate for the loss of social relationships. All in all, there is evidence to suggest a number of changes we have experienced in the modern world have affected our lives in a adverse way in terms of families and environment. But overall, it is clear most of these development have been desirable for the vast majority of individuals. Nevertheless, I hold the opinion that it will be wisely if we ensure these positive changes can be sustained and shared more inn the foreseeable future.
