With the advancement of the technology in this era, E-mails are become first choice of masses for formal communication. However, electronic mails had massive affects on the professional and social communication which are considered as negative and positive both. This essay will highlight the reasons of some demerits as well as merits of using the electronic mails. To commence with, e-mails become a threat for profession of postman. To explain, as e-mails are becoming a convenient source of sending mails in few seconds which majority of the masses prefer sending letters through emails instead of using offline way of postman. For instance, a survey was conducted among the individuals of United Kingdom and in that survey it was questioned to the locals that, "Do you prefer sending letters on email or offline process", and the result was shocking because majority of the masses in that survey took a side of email for sending letters. Therefore, increasing use of emails are becoming a major issue for employment of Post offices workers. On the other hand, there are also some merits of using electronic mails such as in emails masses have option to send important documents in few minutes apart from any hustle bustle. To elaborate it, in emails dwellers have option to send massive documents and Crucial documents in portable document format (pdf) to anyone. For instance, in jobs sectors people use to send their resume (CV) to any multinational companies which are situated in other countries to gain international job and firms use to analyze their CV from email to provide them jobs. Thus, electronic mails are providing a huge revolution among employment sectors. To conclude, as emails providing more and more facilities among the users of it, so by those facilities there is a increment in users of emails; however, it is also removing employment of some dwellers and in future due to this increase trend of using emails and in upcoming time, post offices will permanently demolished and closed.
