While this idea come up againts controvesary of other schools and parents. I believe that this measure is reasonable and effective because sports bring many benefits for them in terms of physical as well as mental strength
*Sports* develop the physical as well in students. First of all, physical exercise helps students reduce stress. According to researcher regular excercise as a effective treatment depression and anxiety. Another reason is stay healthy. Without a doubt, if students do daily physical exercise reguraly, it will help them avoid unwanted illness such as: obesity, diabetes, and other mental illness. On the other hand, some schools and parents are believe that playing sport makes students waste of time. Instead, they can learn other subjects such as reading or maths because PE are not as important as academic subjects. Nevertheless, I think that there are no subjects is more important, each of them has particular benefits. If students only develop academic knowledge without paying attention to health, students will be bored of theory at school and under the pressure related to learning. As the consequences, they become easily distrated, or even they have suicidal thoughts.
