Many people say that universities should only offer to young students with high marks, others say that they should accept people of all ages, even if they did not do well. bOdD3
There are numerous of debates about universities admission is whether grade and age restrictions should be taken into consideration. Many people agree with this opinion while others do not. They think that students of all ages irrespective of their scores should be equally considered. This essay will discuss about this issue according to my view. First, the institutions should pay more attention and give top admission priority to students with high marks, who are also younger. Because young students who have a good score have shown us that they have factors which are the things they need for their career. Having high grades mean that they are intelligent, hardworking and they can get all their power to achieve all their targets they put. For example, some universities which have majors such as medical or engineering want students who get high scores in many exams to study in these universities. Considering scores and age is beneficial to both the school and the scholars. On the other hand, higher educations should not be limited by good transcript and their age. People can have the right to be educated with the good conditions without their backgrounds or how they studied before. Many students did not have good score not because they were lazy or they did not effort. They could have a number of problems that can lead to the bad score that they had. For example, some students do not have money to pay their tuition fees. They have to study and do a job for making money at the same time. Studying and working digest their time and energy, and this makes them difficult to get good grades. So if many universities limit the students who had the bad score, that will be unfair. In conclusion, there are different criteria for accepting people who want to continue their studies. In my opinion, limiting school acceptance to some students who did not get a high grade should cancelled because it will discourage people from studying and it can also effect on the country's development.
