From my point of view, i agree with statment as it provides international exposure to the people. Initially, People on international job gets chance for their skills enhancement and improvement. Also, they are moving to countries with high technologies and techniques which provides platform for learning and practicing. However, they integrate these knowledge on nation growth after returning from abroad which brings overall development of nation. For instance, thousands of Nepalese are moving abroad and return with unique sets of knowledge with them. Therefore, foreign employment brings change in practical knowledge of the people. Furthermore, there is chance of national economy growth. Obviously, People on foreign job earns and send their earnings to there family living in home country as a result national economy will be rocketed. Foreign engagement on jobs are contributing on various indicator of nation that supports on elimination of poverty from country. For example, Many Nepalese on foreign employment sends money to Nepal as form of remittances that is helping on boosting national financial sector.
