Many of the world’s cities are currently facing a serious housing shortage. What are some of the reasons for this shortage and what solutions can you suggest? Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

One of the most conspicuous trends in 21st century is housing needs in many parts of the world. There are justifications as the rapidly growing human population and inadequate financial budget of human beings. Therefore, for the purpose of this essay I shall confine of this issue and examine possible means that may be implemented to alleviate this problem. There is myriad of aspects accountable for this soaring concern. However, increasing human population tends to be one of the most preponderant one. For instance, in the past, people used to live joint. But nowadays more new married families as well as the young separate from their extended families. As a result, they need new dweller to live. Also, low-income families and vulnerable individuals in need of housing. Thus, these evidents that causes housing shortage of a number of units of globe. In order to mitigate this problematic issue, I belive we must address  its root causes. Perhaps the most effective way of doing this would be for the government to allocate a large proportion of state budget to build inexpensive and quality storey-houses, in rural and urban areas. Another solution, the government provide single parents, disabilities and other people  (who are not ready to afford commercial housing ) either private properties or directly with economical houses. To conclude, overpopulation and the lack of budget system are responsible for housing shortage. To build more accommodation and provide disadvantaged people with economical houses the problems can be tacked. 261 words
