Numerous museums are paid, while the others are free. The advantages are maintenance and upgrading the museum. On the other hand, the disadvantages are low attraction and lack of access to the knowledge. Charged museums can be beneficial in maintenance and improving of its facilities. First, the money that is paid to the museums is used basically for repairing the museums and payment of the bills including electricity bills. Therefore, museum fees are important to ensure that the museums are in a well shape and to provide the electricity inside the museums. Moreover, the fees that are paid by the visitors are utilized for improvement in the museum facilities. It is important for the museums to update it’s appearance to attract the visitors. For instance, I found that charged museums are more organized and better compared to the free museums. However, charging museums has some disadvantage including low popularity and access to the education. This is due to the fact that some people do not prefer to spend their money to go to an expensive museum. For this reason, the museums that are not free are less popular. Moreover, the poor crowds cannot afford the money to visit the museum, since they need it for their essential needs. Subsequently, they cannot access the knowledge inside the museum because they did not have the money. For example, research shows that paid museums are less accessible to information in contrast to uncharged museums. Some museums require fees to enter, while others are free. The benefits of paid museums outweigh the disadvantages as it is help in the maintenance and the development in the museum buildings.
