It has been observed that, many companies recruit their employees by not only their experience and qualifications but also their personality. A good leader must possess multiple qualities. This essay will discuss the leadership skill is inborn or not and other skills that companies prefer to in person whiles recruit.
To embark with, in my perspective, leadership ability is generated by people it’s not natural. What I mean by this, a person can be a good leader only if one is trusted and respected their team members. To cite an example, the manager who think out of the box, give support to the employees, solve the problems of workers adroitly, put trust on the employees, become a leader easily and in this way person can develop their leadership skill.
Besides that, there are several other characteristics which companies look for in managers. First and foremost is that, communication ability plays an essential role in every field as all works going smoothly with the good interpersonal skill. For example, if someone has good relations with the client, then he/she will be able to convince them with the soft skills about their minor delay in delivering project. Moreover, punctuality, management, dedication towards the work are also important skills in manager as with the help of this skills they run their company without any burden.
To conclude that, in my opinion leadership is acquired by person. Companies not only need knowledge and personality but also must have qualities like communication skill, time management etc.
