Dear Sir,
I am Lalith Pallegama, an Engineer working for ABC Pvt. Ltd. , and this is to inform you of the malfunctioning of the recently pocess UPS equipment. The type of the UPS is Sinwa, and the serial number is 1023983A.
According to the instructions of my company, I purchased this UPS from your company last month (Invoice number-0123) and as per my experience, power retention has decreased drastically. Even though, the specification shows power retention as 3 hours and the degradation is only 1% for a six month period, after one month, the maximum duration has reduced to less than two hours.
This matter has caused great trouble, as I am working online these days with the power interruptions and all the output, I have to deliver to the head office within the given period. I have already informed our company about this and they asked me to directly deal with you regarding this.
So my strong request is to send me another UPS and take this back. In the meantime, I hope you will not make any attempt to repair this as I don't want to face this problem again.
