For example, parents have the most access to the children than anyone else. So this are the best people to monitor and they are the best people to drag their children out of this situation. Moreover, parents can spend quality time with their children and keep them away from the practice. By reading stories to them, sitting next to them when they watch tv and other activities parents can spend more time with their kids. Along with that, they can encourage their children to engage in physical and creative work activities. That will help them to move their attention from tv or internet. For example, child psychologists around the word stated in a report that the best way to keep the children on track is by spending a bunch of quality time with them as much as possible by the parents. Last but not the least, after the monitorization, parents can provide necessary counselling and peers support to their kids and get them out of this. Since parents are the only people who get to spend more time with the child so it is a major responsibility of them specially of the mothers to understand how to counsel the child more strategically. If the child is doing the practice regarding this issue, then parents can also take the assistance of professional child counsellor who exactly knows how to deal with the problem.
