Since last 2 decades or even more, the issue of global warming has caused serious damage to the environment and has also affected the climate all over the planet. Although there are multifarious reasons but this essay will discuss some of the main causes & problems of global warming and a potential solution to curb the negative impacts it has brought. Primarily, the main cause that has contributed to the issue of global warming is the pollution which is caused by a variety of practices such as increased use of vehicles and transportation all across the world. Majority of these vehicles run on gas or diesel and further release intoxicated smoke which mixes up in the air. Secondly, use of plastics has also seen a tremendous rise especially by the various restaurants which are dumped later on, in rivers or oceans. Furthermore, humans have shown unethical interference with the natural environment whether it is clearing of forest areas to make new buildings or closing some river streams to build new roads. All of this has jeopardized the entire weather cycle resulting in increased temperature, intoxicated water in oceans and lakes, death of many wild animals and uneven fluctuation in weather cycle. However, even though the environment has been negatively affected, there are potential solutions to it as well. This can definitely be dealt with if all the powers of the world join hands and take a mutual and effective decision to curb the negative effects of global warming. For instance, many countries like USA, UK, India, Brazil, China which are some of the top contributors to global warming, signed a treaty many years back in which they decided to take a number of actions to deal with it such as reducing the usage of plastics and burning it. Secondly, more eco friendly vehicles like Tesla was introduced and promoted which can be charged and don’t need gas or diesel. Additionally, refraining from the practices which are in any way polluting the oceans or rivers which has resulted in the death of many water animals. Lastly, refrain from clearing more forest areas and planting more trees to generate more fresh oxygen. To conclude, Global Warming has severely impacted the world climate, some of which is irrecoverable. The positive thing, however, is that majority of countries have taken some great steps over the years to fight the negative effects it has caused and have managed to succeed fairly to some extent. The Impact of Global warming can definitely be dealt or at least curtailed from further getting worsened if the world power continue to take the required measures in future too.
