The highest spending is Entertainment in both years and over 25%. The least expenditure is Children in both years. No spending was made for Children spending in 1999.
Expenses on accommodation, food, bills, house goods, non-essential travel, course decreased in 1999 compared to 1996. However spending on essential travel, entertainment and other increased in 1999 compared to 1996. Spending on children is approximately 2% in 1996, but in 1999 this percentage of expense is zero.
