It is often difficult for young people to find a good job without previous work experience. Governments should encourage employers to choose young people when they need new workers. X2akP
Today’s problem is unemployment for graduates. Many of them works outside their specialty. They work as a consultant, cashier, receptionist and call-operator. The reason is because employers take the workers with job experience. No experience-no job.
If the companies take the young people without job experiences, this problem will be solved. Young people is more ambitious than an adult workers. They have a motivation, fresh ideas. Moreover they have a desire for the future, for the career. Also they have low salary.
On the other hand the employers think that the graduates can be less responsible. They get married, therefore women go maternity leave.
In my opinion, the government should help to graduates to find job opportunities for their specialty. May be some kind of program for young specialties.
