Dear Sir or Madam, I am Andy, recently bought a tp link three antena wifi router from your shop. I am writing this letter to inform you that the router is not working properly and causing several disconnects which is impacting my office work. I am hoping if could ask someone from your firm to visit at my place and have a look.
Last week Sunday, we bought a new router and internet connection from your firm. I regret to say that it is not working as expected and we are facing a number of disconnects within a hour continiously. Firstly we thought that the router is not able to catch signal at that part of house where it was installed so we tried changing the position but unfortunately it was of no help. We even tried cutting off the power supply and restating again but there was no improvement.
I work as a software engineer in an IT organization. Due to pandamic, we are expected to work from home which requires uninterrupted internet connection. Merely a small unexpected disconnect leads to loss of huge unsaved data and i have to put all the efforts again to bring the code to same phase. Moreover, we have several online audio and video meetings though out the day. Even while attending meetings i have faced irregular disconnects which causes me to drop off from the meeting leading to wrong impression over clients.
I would appreciate if you could send your representative at our home and take the required action to make the router work properly. If still the problem remains unsloved then i would expect a full refund from your firm as the device is not solving it purpose.
