In the past, the older generation was a source of knowledge and experience. Nowadays, the older generation has little understanding or experience of the modern world. Has this had any negative impact on the way the elderly are treated by society and the family? What could be done to solve this situation?

It is argued by some that the ederly without having knowledge and experience about cutting-edge world can seriously affect the way they are treated by the comunity and their families. There are a variety of rationales why I agree that this has no negative impact on treatment to the older generation, I also believe that many measures can be taken to tackle if this issues happens. There are primary reasons why the development of the world will not adversely influence on treating from the youngsters to elderly people. The main rationale is that society and family always respect the old members for their contribution to communities. This is due to the fact that they have a great deal of experience in working as well as in the daily basis. In other words, although technologies such as computers, smartphones or robots help employees do their tasks effectively, they are not able to be as wise as the older generation. For instance, the senior may be likely to solve conflicts between workers and managers and be aware of human-related problems such as pressure or sicknesses of employees. As a result, workers will be satisfied with this attention and try their best to meet the demand’s company effectively. Several measures could be taken to alleviate this issue if happening. The first solution would be that teenagers are likely to organize a number of campaigns to encourage people to talk softly with elderly. For instance, they can share some videos having fun when playing with their grandparents or cooking some traditional food together. By doing this, the senior can feel more comfortable and be closer to their young generation. The second measure would be that the old people try to be friends with their children by teaching them through the fairy tales or playing with them. As a result, senior members can be in harmony with their young people as well as the society. In conclusion, the development of technology will not influence the way the elderly people are treated by the community and family life. If this problems are existed, I believe that there are always methods to be taken to deal with this issues. It is advisable that young people have to take into account their behaviour to treat with the old generation in an appropriate way.
