There were umpteen cases when employers devoted their whole life to one enterprise. However, this is not true to today, when workers change their workplaces several times. Both of cases have its benefits as for the former people did not think of the adjustment to new place and colleagues, on the contrary they did not enhance their skills as they had the same requirements. The last mentioned has a key plus as people have a variety of responsibilities and might compare with previous employees, on the other hand they may miss valuable moments for being promoted as they constantly alter the companies. As being employed for one establishment during a whole life may bring benefits that have a positive effect on having close friends amongst coworkers. This is because colleagues have started their work at one place and socialose for a long time and experience numerous situations together. Moreover, they tend to feel attachment to the place and each others, later they keep in touch with each others families. Likely, those who constantly change their jobs constantly also have advantages as they try to seek the best option within their career. Subsequently, they are far more experienced by having a variety of duties. As a result, they might have a broader mindset concerning their responsibilities. To my mind, having experienced numerous companies work is the best point as it proposes a spice in life. On the other hand, both of the situations might have pitfalls. They are as the following, the first mentioned have a lower level of developing some other skills except for the ones utilised at the same company. This leads to routine life and there would not be satisfaction in accomplishment of the work. Since the second case is connected with a constant alteration of firm to work for, it results in missing the crucial opportunity to get a higher position. This means that every new step needs experience at one place for at least 3 years, and if people move to another job until this time this means that they do not fulfill the requirement. In conclusion, it is evident that benefits and pitfalls of working for one place for a long time and frequently moving the job might have crucial effect on employers' life. This is due to influence on their minds as they would experience minimum or vast duties and people who are either their best known colleagues or just acquaintances for a while.
