This is because colleagues have started their work at one place and socialose for a long time and experience numerous situations together. Moreover, they tend to feel attachment to the place and each others, later they keep in touch with each others families. Likely, those who constantly change their jobs constantly also have advantages as they try to seek the best option within their career. Subsequently, they are far more experienced by having a variety of duties. As a result, they might have a broader mindset concerning their responsibilities. To my mind, having experienced numerous companies work is the best point as it proposes a spice in life.

They are as the following, the first mentioned have a lower level of developing some other skills except for the ones utilised at the same company. This leads to routine life and there would not be satisfaction in accomplishment of the work. Since the second case is connected with a constant alteration of firm to work for, it results in missing the crucial opportunity to get a higher position. This means that every new step needs experience at one place for at least 3 years, and if people move to another job until this time this means that they do not fulfill the requirement.
