In some cultures elderly people are highly valued, while in some other cultures youth are more valued.  Discuss both views and give your own opinion.  Give reasons for your answer and include any relevant examples from your own knowledge or experience.

It is true that the old are more valued in some countries, on the contrary the young attract more attention in some countries. For my perspective, i believe that both two views all as well as important. On the one hand, the elderly people have a plethora of useful skills which they experience themselves life can find. It is extremely significant for them to accumulate different experiences from their past lives, which could provide valuable suggestions and advice for society and the young people. What is more, the elderly learn knowledge are longer that they have many talents to specialize in science researchs and medicine tests, for example scoentific testing need to find more doctors and more experiences people that only the elderly can do this. As for the old people rely on their maturity that our young people could learn more things. On the other hand, for the younger even though their old are smaller, the youth have courage to try lots of new things and meet more new friends, which could manage to explore and face with some challenges. Moreover, people who old are lower can canconcentrate on one subject for a long while, thay show their ability to accomplish with new environment and behave positive to combine with modern society, for instance there are increasing speed in high technology that the creativity and device advanced technolodies by the juvenial. Finally, the young men prefer to create company by themselves that can provide more employment possibilities for citizens. In conclusion, regardless of the old are young or elder in some cultures, they also brings their own values for society.
