The line graph is the statistical depiction of the data about the number of books read by both men and women at Burnaby Public Library from 2011 to 2014.
Overall, the graph trend is upward for male readers throughout and cutting down for women after 2013. In the beginning, the books read by males in total were approx 2000 less than that of women readers starting from 3000. On keenly observing the graph trends, remarkable changes are observed from the year 2012. A Drastic increase in the books read by men is observed and for the women, it increased steadily. Another crucial year that marked significant changes in the graph trend is 2013. During this year, the number of books read by men marked up to the peak level for about 14, 000 books where as for the women it dropped to a number of 7000 books.
In conclusion of the comparison of graph trend for the number of books read by both men and women, it's upsurging for the men readers and cutting down in the last year for the women.
