In the current scenario, in several parts of world, the role of the mother is quite different from that father. There are numerous reasons for the role difference between mother and father. This problem can be solved by remedial measures which I will discuss in subsequent paragraphs.
One of the causes, why the role of mother and father is different from each other in some nations, is the reason behind that mothers mostly seem as care of their children from dawn to dusk. A Myriad of individuals thinks that taking care of kids is the responsibility of the mother rather than the father such as giving birth to children and sending them to school. After this, do household chores for the whole family. If they do not do this then they do not become enabled to take respect from elders. Along with it after growing up their children, when they want to join a job then their family members do not allow her for this activity especially grey heads think characterless about her due to the fact of their narrow thinking. for instance, in plenty of nations especially in villages, mothers cannot do a job during the take care of wards owing to it is seemed the obligation of the mother. However, only earning money for the whole family is the onus of the father, instead of taking care of offspring. As a result, the role of the fathers and mothers is different.
In addition to solutions, the problem of role differences between fathers and mothers can be solved by remedial measures. The primary solution is the late marriage of girls. If girls get married in their late thirties then they will become able for getting tertiary education and join a job. owing to this reason, they will aware of their lifestyles and rights. Fathers also should take care of their children. So, teenagers can get love and affection from both parents. Besides this, the gap of role between fathers and mothers can be eradicated. Consequently, the role of mothers and fathers will become equal.
In conclusion, I reiterate my points that controversial thinking and responsibility of mothers taking care of children are the root cause of the role differences of mothers and fathers from each other. This problem can solve through late marriage.
