In this contemporary era, open-mindness and confidence play pivotal role in youth. It has been seen that education system day by day is going to be worst but to improve the education system of country, the described above notion is totally worthless and will discuss its disagreement point in forthcoming paragraph.
Firstly, openly criticize to their teacher is going to be a tool for student who don’t want to study & will it make the bad impact on scholar student and teaching environment would be thereby spoilt. Secondly, respect is much more important because teachers are our god who gave us education and address us by our skills. Furthermore, if there is a troublesome situation, then there are certain ways to improve the education system in such a situation the criticism would not be of any help as it would only be misguided judgments.
To improve the education system, there are innumerable ways. First, each and every member of education department should tries to know the root of problem from where it started. Secondly, faculty must listen the reviews from the students that what kind of hindrance coming in the learning pathway. And I firmly believe that teachers should be well trained and they should know the psychology of teaching that how to treat student. If there is an unwelcoming behavior from teachers, then there should be facility of written complaint to the principal or HODs that can look into the matter and resolve it responsibly.
To conclude, even though the system of open criticism may appear democratic, I opine against this method considering its possible drawbacks.
