There no doubt that these days are so many people eat junk food all the time. the question is why there few many people like to eat a healthy food? in this essay, i am going to discuss my view and draw my person conclusion.
In terms of advantages, i think that we should to make people like to eat a healthy food, like we should encourage them and show the dangers of unhealthy eating, the main reason given to support this claim is that to disease reduction. to illustrate, we must live in a routine because we are the future of this world, In other words, life does not depend on eating, if you are a fan of unhealthy food, you have to get out this attachment to something else healthy, so stay as far as possible. However, we all like spicy and sweet food but with limits. in other words, sport is the most important thing in a persons life, it is not a requirement that the exercise be intense, but even walking suffices the person. this is because too much lying down affects the persons psyche, causing depression and obesity.
in conclusion, limit your food and make it healthier because getting rid of obesity is difficult. i believe that you are able to make your life healthy because regret does not help.
