Once they start to devote themselves in certain types of paid work, there it will have consequences on the natural growth of child. The most important part for the growth is education. As the teenagers raise the value of money, importance of education continues to remain unidentified. On the other side, they will stay behind from exploring their other form of hidden talents like dancing, singing and in any other sports. Whereas, working from earlier age might bring division and disappointment, if lack to meet the expectations on things they planned, therefore it will have a negative implication on mental health. Additionally, juveniles engaging for paid activities enable them to know the reality of life. It helps them to realize the biggest competitors along with the rule of existing world to operate. For example, children in their age being the part of work like radio jocker, video jocker and being assistant brace them to realize the ability. So, they can perform better in communication, co ordination and interaction in ways to cope with any type of hurdle for future. Even, it will construct sense of vision. Therefore, there is chance to open the door of reliable job opportunities to maintain the stability at any point of time. In conclusion, I believe that kinder shouldn’t pour a larger amount of time in wages work. They should enjoy the age of learning outdoor and indoor activities along with stepping forward for education.
