First of all, I would appreciate it if you could give me a number of advice about this medical center which I am working here. To begin with, could you advice me on what preparations for the work should make before the job begins, for instance qualifications and experience. . . . . Secondly, I would like to suggest the skill your colleagues should focus on. Currently, our young students are preparing and doing a lot of experience with our patients. Consequently, I strongly recommend developing their knowledge skill which will allow them to communicate with sick people.
