Huynh Ngoc Diem and Tran Thi Hoang Vy (2020) conducted a study on the factors affecting customer satisfaction when using the technology motorbike taxi service - Grab in Ho Chi Minh City. This study has combined two qualitative and quantitative methods. The researchers used a sample size of 195 customers in Ho Chi Minh City and mainly students studying in Ho Chi Minh City, covering both spatial and temporal dimensions of the study. The main objective of this research paper is to conduct research on the factors affecting customer satisfaction with the use of technology motorbike taxi service - Grab in Ho Chi Minh City with the following objectives: is the theoretical basis of customer satisfaction as well as the basic theory of transportation services in general and motorbike taxi services in particular; Current status of customer satisfaction for the ride-hailing service "Grab" and offering solutions to improve customer satisfaction for the "Grab" technology motorbike taxi service. Researchers have proposed a research model on price, staff, policy, communication, and safety for the purpose of assessing customer satisfaction when using Grab. In this study, the researchers chose the survey method, which is the direct interview method used. This method is quite convenient, practical and accurate when directly surveying customers to see the customer's satisfaction with the taxi-Grab service.
